Marco opened Sharp & Co. in 2011 after fifteen years cutting hair across Brooklyn and Queens. Trained in the old Italian tradition, he favors scissor work over clippers and believes a great haircut starts with listening. If you want a clean classic look that holds up at the office and the wedding, Marco's your guy.
Sal trained at Vidal Sassoon in Manhattan before joining Sharp & Co. in 2017. He's the guy clients drive in from Queens and Jersey to see when they need that perfect zero-skin fade. His specialty is precision — clean lines, sharp transitions, modern shapes that photograph beautifully.
Joaquín came to Sharp & Co. from Madrid in 2019 with a specialty in beard sculpting and traditional barbering. His hot shaves are an experience — multiple hot towels, hand-stropped straight razor, the works. He treats facial hair like a craft, because it is one.
